1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the atp70 website and its associated services — including the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, and promotional features — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other parties who interact with the atp70 platform in any capacity.

atp70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the atp70 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. atp70 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using atp70 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by atp70 or any other recognised gaming platform or regulatory body.
• You have not previously had an atp70 account permanently suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

atp70 employs age verification procedures at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to confirm their date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of atp70 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a valid account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your atp70 account:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on atp70 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, atp70 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Any account registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended at any time without notice, and any winnings accrued on that account may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atp70 login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. atp70 will never ask you to share your password via any channel. You must notify atp70 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. atp70 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) standards, atp70 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of your National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is finalised.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

atp70 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on atp70 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. Current transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account after login. atp70 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice provided via email or platform notification.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your atp70 wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business days to credit, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. atp70 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which atp70 accepts no liability.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the atp70 payments team within a target timeframe of five (5) minutes to two (2) hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the atp70 account holder. atp70 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. atp70 cooperates fully with investigations into payment fraud and money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

atp70 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and have a fully verified atp70 account in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms displayed in the Promotions section of the atp70 platform.

• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses during the stated promotional period and credited as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

6. Gameplay, Fair Use, and Prohibited Conduct

All games available on the atp70 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sportsbook markets — operate under certified fair-play standards. atp70 sources all games exclusively from internationally certified providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atp70 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with atp70 games or the sportsbook in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a known or unknown platform error will be voided, and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or market in a manner that circumvents the platform's standard risk controls.
• Using multiple accounts, shared accounts, or nominee accounts to multiply bonus entitlements or circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Any conduct that atp70 reasonably determines to be an attempt to defraud the platform, other players, or any third party.

atp70 employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, atp70 reserves the right to void all relevant wagers, freeze the account balance, and permanently close the account without prior notice. atp70's determination in all fair-play disputes is final.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Self-Exclusion

atp70 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a recognised law enforcement authority requiring the account to be restricted.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age at any point.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request from the player — the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard security checks are completed.

7.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

atp70 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all players with access to self-exclusion tools. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability and General Provisions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atp70 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the atp70 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network outages, or payment processing delays beyond atp70's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or acts of government.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the atp70 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with your obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the atp70 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the jurisdiction specified in atp70's operating licence. atp70 operates under an international gaming licence. No specific claim to regulation by any Bangladeshi domestic authority is made herein.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and atp70 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
